Terms & Conditions

  1. Ovation Rewards do not expire. 
  2. Prices for Ovation Rewards certificates may change without notice. 
  3. Ovation Rewards must be purchased as part of a legitimate incentive, motivation, recognition or sales promotion program. 
  4. Ovation Rewards may not be used for group programs or catering functions. 
  5. Orders are fulfilled within five business days of payment being processed. 
  6. Ovation Rewards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. 
  7. Ovation Rewards may not be valid where restricted by law. 
  8. Ovation Rewards are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration. 
  9. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of Ovation Rewards is the recipient's responsibility. 
  10. Ovation Rewards recipients will be asked to guarantee their reservation with a credit card and provide the Ovation Rewards certificate number at time of reservation. 
  11. Guests must present and submit their Ovation Rewards Certificate upon check-in. 
  12. Ovation Rewards are valid for one night stay in indicated room type, applicable room taxes, full breakfast for two in the hotel's all day dining restaurant (excludes buffets and alcohol) and related taxes and gratuities only. 
  13. Ovation Rewards are redeemable based upon last room availability in the room category purchased, except at The Plaza, New York, where there is limited availability. 
  14. Ovation Rewards cannot be used to pay for any incidentals, such as parking, service charges, other taxes or other expenses. 
  15. Ovation Rewards are only valid at hotels listed on this website. Locations are subject to change without notice. 
  16. Participating hotels are subject to change. 
    Length of stay restrictions may apply. 
    Fairmont Hotels & Resorts shall have the right to pre-approve all materials advertising and promoting Ovation Rewards, which approval may be arbitrarily denied. 
  17. No person may use Fairmont Hotels & Resorts' or Raffles Hotels & Resorts' name or logo without prior written consent, which consent may be arbitrarily withheld.
