As our company continues to grow globally, we must strengthen our focus on the value of internal brand and cross-brand selling. The Sales referral program has, and continues to be, a key component in the creation of brand awareness while leveraging and rewarding our sales talent in tangible ways. Referrals offer you an excellent opportunity to receive additional compensation and represent a significant revenue opportunity for each brand.
At the heart of the referral program is a clear alignment of the total sales efforts across all brands. This will be accomplished through a 'Four Brands - One Program' approach that will deliver an exciting and dynamic tool, with a reward system that will be launched October 30, 2006. You will receive additional information on how the referral program works through an education program during the month of October and through your Director of Sales & Marketing.
In order to help you better understand the Fairmont collection and assist you in making referrals to our many hotels we have put together 7 questions. You will find the answers on the fairmontmeetings.com site. Hint: Each section will provide the answer to one question.
The reward for participation in this contest is a chance to win luxurious 7 night stay for two in suite accommodation at any Fairmont hotel of your choosing. There will also be a food and beverage credit of $1500 US to add to your enjoyment.
