How do I qualify for Fairmont President's Club
Premier and/or Platinum tiers?
Fairmont President's Club Premier membership is awarded to members with either 5 stays or 10 room nights during a calendar year.

Fairmont President's Club Platinum membership is awarded to members with either 10 stays or 30 room nights during a calendar year.

Members must re-qualify each year for the following year's membership.
What are the benefits of Fairmont President's Club

Can I share my membership with someone else?
Only one person can be registered per membership as Fairmont President's Club is for individual travel. Memberships cannot be shared or combined.
What is considered a stay at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts?
A stay is defined as all consecutive nights at one hotel, even if the member checks out and checks back in during those dates. The member must reserve the room in the member's name and stay overnight.
How do I ensure all my stays are credited to my profile?
Stays are automatically credited to your Fairmont President's Club profile when you use your membership number every time you make a reservation.  If you do not see all of your stays in your 'My Stay History' page when you sign in to www.fairmont.com, please send a 'Missing Stay Request' to the Fairmont President's Club Guest Services.
What is considered a qualifying stay to earn airline miles?
A qualifying stay to earn airline miles is booked under one of the following rates: published rack, package and corporate. Examples of non-eligible stays to earn airline miles are discounted rates (AAA, CAA, AARP), meetings, conventions, groups and government rates.
How do I get credit for a missing stay?
Members can request the addition of a missing stay after signing in to the Fairmont President's Club section on www.fairmont.com and clicking on My Stay History.
Can I get credit for more than one room if I pay for them?
I paid for an entire group; will I get credit for all the rooms?
Stay or room night credit for Fairmont President's Club is for individual travel only. Only one member per room will receive credit for stays or room nights. Requests to divide or consolidate folios after the stay will not be accepted.
How do I redeem Fairmont President's Club certificates including Room
Upgrade, Suite Upgrade and Complimentary Night Certificates?

As a Premier or Platinum member, please notify the Fairmont President's Club Premier or Platinum Concierge when making a reservation that you would like to redeem a certificate. Upon arrival, please present your certificate to the Guest Service Agent at the Fairmont President's Club check-in desk.

Can I use Room and Suite Upgrade certificates if I book my hotel
stay with a tour company?

Yes, Room and Suite Upgrade certificates can be used. Requests to use certificates must be made prior to your arrival and are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined on the back of the certificates. Contact the Fairmont President's Club Premier and Platinum Concierge to confirm room or suite upgrade availability prior to your arrival.

How do I earn airline miles?
Fairmont President's Club members are eligible for 500 base miles on qualifying stays from January 1- December 31.   For each qualifying stay between January 1 and December 31, Premier members earn 750 miles per qualifying stay, and Platinum members earn 1000 miles per qualifying stay.
