Willow Stream Spa, the Fitness Centre and Aquatic Centre are open daily from 6am to 10pm for your enjoyment.
                                         
Appointments available 8am to 8pm

Reservations:
In order to ensure that your favourite spa experience will be available during your visit, we recommend that you make your appointments prior to your arrival. Please call 1 (800) 404-1772 and one of our knowledgeable Spa Reservation Experience Coordinators would be happy to guide you to the experiences that suit your needs.

Gift Certificates:
Give the gift of energy to someone special. The Willow Stream experience makes an ideal gift for any occasion. Beautifully designed and presented, gift certificates are available for spa packages or predetermined denominations. Simply fill out the attached gift certificate order form and fax back to (403) 762-1766.

Age Requirement: Willow Stream is an adult sanctuary.  Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum age is 16 for the Fitness Centre.

Access is complimentary with the purchase of most spa services, excluding Salon services.
Spa Access - Hotel Guest $69.
Fitness access - Hotel Guest $16 per day or $32 for your entire stay.

Aquatic Centre:

Complimentary to all hotel guests.
