Very good location, the ski and boot valet was a real nice touch, nice accomodations.

All in all our group had a very nice stay at the Franz Klammer Lodge. Suite 308 was very comfortable. The morning coffee and tea in the lounge was a nice touch. We did experience some confusion with house keeping on whether or not daily service was part of our package. After a few days that got resolved and the house keeping staff did a fine job. We did experience problems with humidifiers especially the large one in the living room dining room. The maintenance team never did fix the large humidifier. The only other issue that arose was the compact cloths dryer wasn't very effect at drying medium sized loads.
