The Fairmont Vancouver Airport has an herb and vegetable garden, aptly named "Garden to Globe". Located in the nearby Terra Nova Sharing Farm, the plots have produced many fresh, organic, and delicious herbs and vegetables that we are using in our 100 Mile Menu available at our award-winning, signature restaurant Globe @ YVR.
