The talented team of Fairmont Hamilton Mixologists create a speciality Martini every Monday night at special prices.

Tueday - Island BBQ

Delicious Island BBQ featuring local and Caribbean dishes.

Wednesday - Wine Tasting

Complimentary wine tasting.
Time: 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.
Followed by a special paired menu in Harleys Restaraunt

Thursday - Oyster & Chablis Night

Enjoy fresh oysters flown in the night before with a chilled glass of chablis served tableside.
Time: Begins at 5:00 p.m.

Friday - Happy Hour

Outside on the Princess Patio - Watch the sunset and unwind to live music and cocktails.
Time: 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Saturday - Jazz under the Stars

Dine on Harley's Terrace and listen to a live jazz band.
Time: 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Sunday Brunch

Time: 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
