Although there are no restaurants at Fairmont Kenauk, all the chalets have kitchens and propane barbeques.  And a popular choice with chalet guests for at least one dinner or perhaps the famous Sunday Brunch is Aux Chantignoles, the main restaurant at Fairmont Le Château Montebello.  This is without doubt, the best dining in the area, with full service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The resort also has a bistro bar.

  Or for those very special occasions, the Hotel Banquet office would be pleased to arrange for a chef to come to your chalet and create a custom-made meal exactly to your specifications. And if you succeeded in angling a particularly fine catch that day, the chef would be happy to prepare it for you and your party to enjoy.

  Alternatively, arrangements can be made in advance to stock the refrigerator in your chalet with food of your choosing, selected from special menus, or you can customize your choice of food items in consultation with the hotel Banquet office.
