One of the country's most charming courses, Le Chateau Montebello Golf Club is a challenging 18-hole layout originally designed in 1929 by the venerable Stanley Thompson. In 1989, John Watson, past president of the American Society of Golf Architects, oversaw the renovation and lengthening of the course. The results are truly impressive.
