• Seamless connectivity in all major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) provides real-time access to our hotels' live inventory.       
• Access to complete hotel inventory through the GDS; excluding Royal or Presidential Suites.        
• Access to consortia and corporate negotiated rates. Fairmont is committed to providing access to negotiated rates to agencies of record through each GDS. • Superior toll-free reservation services. Our North American operations has an exceptional team of knowledgeable professionals that can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Our International Reservations Offices are open during usual business hours.

Wholesaler and Tour Operator Partnerships
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts have partnerships with a wide array of wholesalers and tour operators.  Through these companies travel agents can purchase an extensive selection of comprehensive packages for one-property or multi-hotel itineraries.

The benefits of these packages are:

• Our partners combine our hotel product with air and ground transportation
• Our room accommodation is often bundled with meals and activities, i.e. spa, golf, ski and tours. Consequently, the guest receives an overall experience. 
• Our wholesaler and tour operator partners also have access to the full spectrum of room product, including our Fairmont Gold concierge product and suites. 
• Commission is paid on the total package.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts have a centralized Tour Desk that services our partnerships.  This team of professionals ensures that all reservations are processed in an efficient and accurate manner. Additionally, many Fairmont hotels have on-site experts who are dedicated to the processing of FIT and group tours.
