Our hotels pay 10% commission on the following rates: Rack, Corporate, Packages, Consortia and contracted rates negotiated as commissionable by travel agents or corporations. Commission is not paid on most convention bookings. Government rates are net non-commissionable.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts participate in the Pegasus Centralized Commission Processing program. Registered agencies will receive one monthly payment from Pegasus. Agencies can choose between payment by check or electronic fund transfer. A detailed monthly statement accompanies all payments.

The statement incorporates relevant information such as:

• booking activity by property
• transaction method, i.e. GDS, 800 number, Fairmont.com or direct to property
• guest name 
• length of stay 
• room rate paid 
• commission amount earned
• non-commissionable transations
• no-shows
• cancellations
