    Featured Cocktail

     

    Blue Thai Mojito
    2 oz 10 Cane Rum
    1/8 oz Curaçao
    1 ½ oz Mint Basil Cilantro Syrup
    (create your own – see below)
    1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

    Measure syrup, liquors and juice into a rocks glass.
    Fill glass with crushed ice. Stir and garnish.

    Mint Basil Cilantro Syrup (makes 40 oz or 5 Cups)
    2 bunches fresh mint
    2 bunches fresh basil
    12 sprigs cilantro
    4 cups water
    4 cups sugar
    2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
    1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes

    Place all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let infuse for 1 hour. Then strain and refrigerate syrup. Syrup will last 3 weeks refrigerated.
