Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel will be the focal point of the iconic Abraj Al Bait Complex which is part of the King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project whose mandate is to upgrade the precincts of the Two Holy Mosques. The hotel will feature 858 guest rooms including Fairmont Gold, an exclusive hotel within a hotel. At 577 meters high, the 76-story hotel will be among the world's tallest and its unique and distinctive features will ensure a landmark presence. Such features include a 40-meter clock, visible from 17 kilometers away. The Royal Clock will announce daily prayers to the Muslim world and the Lunar Observation Center and Islamic Museum will serve to protect the heritage for future generations.

Partnering with Jin Jiang International Group, Fairmont will renovate and reopen The Peace Hotel, a Shanghai landmark for over a century. The hotel has hosted distinguished guests from all over the world, including politicians, artists and celebrities such as General Marshall, Charlie Chaplin, Bernard Shaw and Noel Coward, who wrote Private Lives while in residence. Situated on the Bund, the 12-story Peace Hotel enjoys a premier downtown location, facing the Pudong area over the Hangpu River.

Located on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates with sweeping views of the Gulf of Oman and lauded for its natural beauty set against the backdrop of the historic Hajar Mountains, a Fairmont flag will fly at Fairmont Fujairah. The project will consist of a 137-room hotel with dedicated meeting facilities, a Willow Stream spa and a marina. 

Fairmont Makati, Philippines will offer 300 rooms and suites, a wide range of meeting and function space, a large, outdoor pool, a spa and fitness facilities as well as Fairmont Gold. The hotel will be conveniently located near the Philippine Stock Exchange, many offices and headquarters of global companies in addition to some of the city’s most prominent luxury shopping.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has been appointed to manage a hotel in Hyderabad, in the capital city of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
It will feature 350 rooms and suites offering an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. Sustainable design will be a hallmark of the hotel, echoing Fairmont’s commitment to responsible tourism. A variety of restaurants and bars will reflect the flavors of the destination and its rich tradition of culinary entertainment for both travelers and local residents to enjoy.
A wide range of meeting and function space can accommodate groups of varying sizes, including a ballroom for up to 800 people, while recreational facilities include a pool and a Willow Stream Spa.

The 248-room hotel located in the northwest state of Rajasthan, will offer guests a variety of restaurants and bars, including a poolside bar, a 10,000 square foot Willow Stream spa, and a 5,000 square foot health club. To accommodate the area’s growing meetings market, there will also be a 48,500 square foot Convention Center as well as gardens that can host over 1000 guests, perfect for business functions or weddings. 
The building’s design will reflect the city’s rich cultural heritage and the Fairmont Jaipur will be located not far from the Amber Fort, one of the area’s major landmarks.

The resort will be built on The Palm, Jumeirah- an extensive development project being built along Dubai's Jumeirah coastline. Situated on the prime southwest side of the 'Trunk' portion, the resort will stretch over 460 meters of beachfront, providing the perfect seaside oasis while in close proximity to the island's core features. Fairmont Palm Jumeirah will feature extensive indoor and outdoor meeting space, outdoor leisure activities, a Willow Stream spa, pool complex, beach clubs and many dining alternatives.
