1. This Ovation Rewards certificate is valid at the participating locations listed on www.fairmont.com/ovationcollections. Specific hotel participation is subject to change without notice.        
2. Ovation Rewards may not be valid where restricted by law.       
3. Guest must guarantee reservations with credit card and give the Ovation Rewards certificate number at time of reservation.       
4. Guest must present and surrender Ovation Rewards certificate at time of check-in.      
5. Ovation Rewards certificates are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold for cash or other consideration.        
6. Ovation Rewards certificates are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.     
7. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with receipt or use of this Ovation Rewards certificate is the recipient's responsibility.        
8. Ovation Rewards are valid for 1 night stay in the indicated room category, applicable room taxes, full breakfast for two in the hotel's all day dining restaurant (excluding buffets and alcoholic beverages) and related taxes and gratuities.      
9. Ovation Rewards are redeemable based on last room availability in the room category indicated. Some restrictions may apply to special event dates, except at The Plaza, New York, where there is limited availability.      
10. Length of stay restrictions may apply when using Ovation Rewards certificates.      
11. Ovation Rewards are non-commissionable.    
12. Ovation Rewards may not be used for group programs or catering functions.       
13. Ovation Rewards do not expire.
