For the finest conference, convention or event, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, will host your guests in style.  We offer eight versatile rooms, including a 900 sqm ballroom, an outdoor venue space that offers a resplendent setting to enjoy spectacular views of the Abu Dhabi Creek as well as a range of conference rooms named after some of the 200 islands that make up this capital city. Our collection can accommodate a wide range of corporate functions from the C-suite executive to the social event of the year. Fairmont Bab Al Bahr also features state of the art audio visual technology, cutting edge interior design and architecture, and comprehensive banqueting options to suit meeting planners’ needs.

Saqr Ballroom (990 sqm; 10,651 sqf)
The Saqr Ballroom, aptly named after one of the most prominent species of falcon birds, is the largest venue of the meeting space collection. The venue will impress with striking design features including: walnut wood paneling throughout, a lofty seven metre high ceiling, an abundance of natural light and spectacular views of the Abu Dhabi Creek through floor to ceiling windows that run the length of the ballroom. Providing the ability to section off three areas in this voluminous space, a range of room configurations, as well as pre-function areas and an outdoor terrace; the Saqr Ballroom can accommodate 250 people for a medium sized product launch to upwards of 1100 for an evening reception.

Falcon Lounge (1,200sqm; 12,917sqf)
A true highlight of the meeting space collection, the Falcon Lawn offers one of the city’s most distinctive outdoor function areas, measuring 1,200sqm and situated on the shoreline of Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, with unrivalled views of the Abu Dhabi Creek and an adjoining pier. This venue is ideal for candle lit evening receptions and dinners.

Al Reem (178 sqm; 1,920 sqf)
A multifunctional space, the Al Reem meeting room can be sectioned off into two smaller areas and is best suited for medium sized events ranging from the business lunch for 120 guests to an evening reception. This space continues the organic theme found throughout the hotel with bespoke wallpapering and carpets designed with leaves, vines and flower motifs.

Sir Baniyas (116 sqm; 1,251 sqf)
Sir Baniyas features a pre-function area flooded with natural light which is perfect for private coffee breaks, working lunches and for guests to gather before the start of the meeting. The main function space can also be separated into two distinct areas that can accommodate a host of configurations and meeting layouts.

Yas (51 sqm; 556 sqf)
Yas can accommodate boardroom settings to intimate evening receptions, and takes advantage of the latest audio visual technology, including plasma screen televisions and built in Turbosound audio systems. The striking, contemporary interior design sets an ambience of calm serenity.

Saadiyat (64 sqm; 688 sqf)
A versatile meeting space, which can accommodate a variety of functions from product launches to workshops and even business receptions; all supported by the latest technology.

Al Futaisi (47 sqm; 512 sqf)
Centrally located in this meetings destination, Al Futaisi can be separated into two distinct venues that can host everything from a stakeholders presentation to a themed reception.

Dalma Boardroom (20 sqm; 215 sqf)
The most intimate meeting space in the conference collection, Dalma boardroom is ideal for the smaller meeting and can accommodate up to 8 guests, boardroom style. The space can also be used as a secretariat or office for in house groups.
