Babysitting services are available at an approximate price of $5.00/hour per child. After 10:00 p.m. the guest is also responsible for the babysitter's transportation which is $12.00. The Concierge will be more than happy to handle all your babysitting requests.
Bellmen are located at the Lobby Level of the pyramid. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 1:00 p.m.
The Fairmont Acapulco Princess features Kids Klub, a supervised children's program offering a variety of activities such as miniature golf, basketball, soccer, painting lessons, water polo, water volleyball and more. Princesslandia is open seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Birthday parties with pi?atas can be organized, and at Christmas and Easter, they host a mini disco for kids only from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m
The Concierge Desk is located in the Pyramid Lobby of the hotel. They can help you arrange dinner reservations and give you directions to major attractions and events.
The hotel has elevators in all three sections, the Pyramid Tower, the Princesa Tower and the Marquesa Tower.
The hotel has several gift shops, such as a jewelry store, an art gallery, a pharmacy, a fashionable clothing store and a souvenir shop.
The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
The hotel has available same-day laundry services to guests. A laundry bag can be found in the room's closet. This service is not available over bank holidays
The hotel has its own parking lot inside the hotel grounds, and valet parking, for which there is a charge.

In 2007 The Fairmont Acapulco Princess proudly launched its Dog Friendly Program, offering the perfect vacation packages and amenities for dog lovers to travel with their best friend!

There is a Catholic Mass in Spanish and English, Sundays at 11:00 a.m. directly at the hotel
All rooms at The Fairmont Acapulco Princess are wheelchair accessible. Two rooms are especially equipped with wide doors and grab bars in the bathroom. Public areas - the pool decks, shops and restaurants -are all wheelchair accessible. Walkers are available upon request. The hotel will obtain wheelchairs on request, which can be rented for $7 USD/day.
