Guests at our Acapulco Conference Center hotel can stay connected in the Internet Room located in the Business Center, which features High-Speed Internet Access. Additionally, we offer Wireless Internet Access in most common areas and Internet access in all guestrooms and meeting rooms.
All rooms at the resort offer Internet access. We have 792 guestrooms with High Speed Internet Access (HSIA). The following meeting rooms offer HSIA:

- Ocean ballrooms I, II, III and IV
- Atlantes Multimedia Amphitheatre
- Pyramid I, II, III and IV
- Diamante ballroom (Salón de Fiestas)
- Princesa Mezzanine and ballrooms
Wireless Internet Access is offered in the Pyramid and Pearl lobbies.
All Internet services have a cost.

- HSIA at guestrooms $200 pesos/24 hours (approximately $15 USD)
- HSIA at meeting rooms $250 USD/ 24 hours for an Internet Pipe of 1 Mbps
