Tavola Restaurant
Tavola embraces the diverse regions of the Italian peninsula. Its cuisine is an expression of the past and present, in which traditional dishes are prepared respecting their origin, yet creatively presented within the framework of a seasonally fresh and more contemporary culinary interpretation.
The floor to ceiling glass windows provide spectacular views of the lush tropical surroundings and of the Pacific Ocean. The interior has been recently transformed to include a Wine Wall and Library, Olive Oil and Vinegar Den, and an exclusive and diverse collection of Grappa. Tavola´s entrance is graced with the Chef's very own Organic Herb Garden.
