The hotel's Royal Service department can provide a list of babysitters. Charge for babysitting is $10/hr for one child, $2/hr for each additional child to a maximum of three children per babysitter.
Bellmen are located at the Main Entrance of the hotel, seven days a week, during high season only (May to October). They will be happy to assist you with valet parking, porterage and luggage storage. For assistance during low season, please inquire at the Front Desk.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Concierge services are available in the Main Lobby. Tours, tee times, spa appointments, whale watching, and dining reservations are just a few of the many activity options.
The hotel has two elevators, one in the Main Building and one in the Prince of Wales Wing.

We feature Fruits & Passions products, and don't miss our elegant custom made hats to help you experience our historical setting. Boutique hours vary by season, please confirm with the Front Desk upon arrival.
The Housekeeping team will be pleased to provide extra amenities upon request, including cribs at no extra charge and roll away beds for $25 CAD.
Dry-cleaning is available during the summer (May-October), from Monday to Thursday. Dry-cleaning items must be ready for pick up at 9:00 a.m. to ensure next-day delivery. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on every floor of the Prince of Wales Wing.
Self-parking: free of charge Valet parking (summer only): $10.00/night, with in-and-out privileges
Small cats and dogs are permitted in rooms at a price of $25.00 per night. The animal must be supervised and on a leash at all times. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome at no charge.
Safe deposit boxes are located through the Front Desk at no extra charge.
The hotel has three rooms that are wheelchair accessible. The rooms are located in the Prince of Wales Wing and have lowered peephole and lowered light switches. The bathrooms have safety rails and lowered vanity. Wheelchairs are also available for your convenience.
