The hotel's Royal Service department can provide a list of babysitters. Charge for babysitting is $10/hr for one child, $2/hr for each additional child to a maximum of three children per babysitter.
Bellmen are located at the Main Entrance of the hotel, seven days a week, during high season only (May to October). They will be happy to assist you with valet parking, porterage and luggage storage. For assistance during low season, please inquire at the Front Desk.

Dry-cleaning is available during the summer (May-October), from Monday to Thursday. Dry-cleaning items must be ready for pick up at 9:00 a.m. to ensure next-day delivery. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on every floor of the Prince of Wales Wing.
The hotel provides an onsite parking lot. Self-parking is complimentary and Valet Parking is available May through October for a charge of $15 CAD per day with unlimited in and out privileges.
