The room amenities were nice , so are the common area. Had a good yoga lesson . The pool was ice cold , the steam room stinking and they told us at check out that we could have use indoor pool , when they told us no to start with. The meal at one of the restaurant was fully booked . So we used the rooftop which was good food . More can be done in terms of advertising facilities and local things to visit . The concierge was basic in terms of recommendations .

Very bad experience specially in the rooms cleaning service.
The stay is one to forget, even though I doubt I will. The room was not the cleanest! Stains on the wall, worn out bed sheets and hair in the bathroom! The valet service was completely atrocious and the Fairmont promise was not kept or delivered. As a frequent guest of ALL, I was looking forward to my welcome drink, I was never offered one; I was looking forward to finding my gym equipment waiting for me in the room, was there and when contacting the spa, I was delivered a completely different size than requested. The room service’s quality had dropped as well. It’s fair to say that the Fairmont Amman is no where close to what it once was!

It was great. One thing I would like to mention is the carpets are getting dirty and also the water in the shower drains very slowly which is not a good sight. I had this issue with other branded hotels too. Strangely the non branded hotels were just fine.
1. Service and attention is very good. 2. Housekeeping is not satisfactory. 3. Food needs lots of improvements specialy the quality of ingrediants in the breakfast.
