Fairmont Platinum Honeymoon
The Fairmont Platinum Honeymoon is a program offering access to the expertise of a Platinum Concierge to help create a honeymoon through personalized planning.
You can participate in the Platinum Honeymoon Program Package provided you reserve one of our exquisite wedding venues in Banff and hold your Banff wedding event based on The Fairmont Banff Springs standard banquet menu pricing - and confirm your honeymoon stay based on standard guest room pricing for 3 nights or more at any participating Fairmont Hotels & Resorts location. With the reservation for your wedding in Banff complete, a percentage of the net banquet food, beverage and function room rental revenues (pre-tax and gratuities) will be rebated in the form a Fairmont Hotels & Resorts gift card.
The percentage rebate for weddings in Banff is based on the sliding scale below. The rebate amount shall be referred to herein as the "Program Rebate" and the banquet food, beverage and function room rental revenues (pre-tax and gratuities) shall be referred to herein as the "Wedding Cost".
Banff Wedding Cost Program Rebate
2% - Under $10,000
3% - $10,000-$30,000
4% - $30,001-$50,000
5% - Over $50,000
The Program Rebate will be processed after the Master Account has been paid in full and the honeymoon reservation is booked and confirmed with the Platinum Concierge. The Program Rebate is for use after the close of the wedding event and it is based on the Wedding Cost assessed at the time the gift card is issued by us.
No Program Rebate will be issued for honeymoon stay reservations confirmed after the wedding event has taken place or on any cancellation or attrition fees collected in accordance with the cancellation and attrition policies of this Contract. The gift card can be used for Fairmont owned and operated services and is not redeemable for cash or other consideration. Upon receipt of a Fairmont gift card, we recommend registering your gift card to protect the balance if it is lost or stolen.
*** To participate in the Platinum Honeymoon Program, please ask your Catering Manager who can provide you with the Platinum Honeymoon Survey to be completed as the first step of your participation in the program. ***
Please note: Enrollment in the Platinum Honeymoon Program needs to be confirmed with the Platinum Honeymoon Concierge prior to your wedding day to qualify for the Gift Card and Platinum Honeymoon Program benefits.
