Banff Springs Kids Club
The Fairmont Banff Springs Kids Club provides a signature experience for our young guests from ages six to thirteen. Children have the opportunity to explore the wonders of The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel and Banff National Park with our experienced professional staff. Our programs focus is on creating a sense of adventure for each child through exploring our amazing surroundings. Not only is Kids Club fun, it provides the children with a chance to learn about Canada's first National Park in a variety of hands on activities. All activities follow a “leave no trace” policy which is based on the philosophy of “take nothing but photos, leave nothing but footprints.”
The Fairmont Banff Springs Kids Club’s program is designed to give children a very similar experience to that of their parents during their stay in Banff. Whether it's taking part in a float trip down the Bow River, getting a golf lesson on our World Class golf course or taking a field trip to town to explore our natural history museum, there's something for everyone! We practice a strong philosophy of experiencial learning and as much as our program is based around fun, it's our goal that each child will learn something new during their time at the Kids Club.
Our knowledgeable, highly experienced and incredibly enthusiastic staff all share a very important thing in common, a love for Banff National Park. It's a very important pre-requisite for our staff, as sharing our backyard with new friends is what we do best. Kids Club Activities
The Kids Club Summer Program has a weekly itinerary with a different special activity or field trip taking place each day. We also have a large assortment of activities which we use to customize each day to best suit the children present. We also aim to to a daily hike, weather permitting. Some of our scheduled activities include:
Bow River Float Trip
Rocky Mountain Raft Tours host us as we climb aboard one of their 24-person rafts and drift along the Bow River in search of wildlife.
Golf Games
We head down to the world famous Banff Springs Golf Club to learn how to improve our game. This activity is great for kids of all ages as we can work on different parts of the game from putting to driving.
Photography Workshops
There couldn't be a better place on Earth to enjoy the art of photography. We work with each child to progress their photography skills, no matter what their pre-existing skill level.
Scavenger Hunts
Exploring our Castle in the best kind of way! This activity is one BIG adventure!
Banff Park Museum
Some of the animals at the Park Museum are over 100 years old! We either ride Banff’s ROAM transit or walk downtown, taking in some of the sights along the way.
Winter Activities include: Tobogganing, snow creations, campfires and Holiday activities around the Hotel.
Some of our other regular activities include:
Disc golf, lawn games, sports, Geocaching, cookie decorating, crafts, board games, 5-pin bowling, movies and much more!

To make reservations please contact the concierge desk at (403) 762 6895. Reservations must be made by 5:00pm one day in advance to guarantee availability. Parents are required to complete an information sheet and waiver when enrolling their children. There is a maximum of 12 guests per program.

Half-Day - $45.00
Full-Day - $75.00
Evening - $65.00
Half-Day lunch add-on - $12.00

Weekly Rate - $325 (Five consecutive full-day Kids Club programs)

External Guests - Additional $5 | child - Credit Card payment accepted for guests not staying at the hotel
Age Requirement
The Banff Springs Kid's Club is available for all children ages 6-13 years.
Notes
Rates and operating dates and times are valid through 2013, and are subject to change. Reservations cancelled by 5:00pm one day in advance will not be billed. No-shows or cancellations made after 5:00pm one day in advance may be billed for the full amount due.
Please note that all activities are subject to weather conditions and availability. Program activities may change suddenly with little notice. In the event of a rescheduling or cancellation of an activity, guests are not given a refund or credit.
