Babysitting service is available starting from *$16.00/hour for up to two children and a minimum of four hours. The caregivers can look after the children in the room or take them to different hotel activities (swimming, bowling, movie theatre, etc.). Advance reservations are required and may be made through the Concierge. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all reservations.

Family vacations needs something for everyone and the Banff Springs Kid's Camp is the answer. Banff National Park is full of entertaining family activities but our new kid’s program is a day of exploration, excitement and, yes, education – just for the kids! Environmental stewardship is an important part of life in Banff National Park, so it's a key part of the fun.
Bellmen are located at the Main Entrance of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Dry-cleaning and laundry services are available to our guests. For same-day service, please inform Royal Service and have your dry-cleaning or laundry ready for pick up by 8:30 a.m. Delivery will be done at 6:00 p.m. the same day. If laundry is picked up after 8:30 a.m., delivery will be done the following morning.
The hotel's parking is located beside the Convention Center. It is a three-level roofed parkade with 415 parking spaces:
- Self-parking: $25 CAD/night, with unlimited access
- Valet service is also available: $35 CAD/night, with unlimited access
Pets are permitted in the hotel at a price of $25 CAD per day to a maximum of two pets. The animal must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in public places. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome at no charge.
All listed services and amenities are included (or covered) in/by the $10 per day resort fee. Take advantage of all that the Fairmont Banff Springs has to offer. Skis are not allowed in the guest room. Therefore, the hotel is pleased to provide private ski storage, located by the Main Entrance.
The hotel has a total of 10 wheelchair accessible rooms. The rooms have large door frames and their bathroom has grab bars in the bathtub and by the toilet.
