The Bow Valley Grill offers a relaxing atmosphere that celebrates the spirit of the outdoors, with handcrafted mountain animal sculptures and tables constructed by local Alberta artisans, featuring the region's flora and fauna.

Join us for breakfast and enjoy the sunrise over the Fairholme Mountain Range. Our breakfast buffet includes a spectacular array of fresh fruits, omelets made to order, yogurts, freshly baked breads and more. Or enjoy all of your traditional favourites from our a la carte menu.

Our à la carte dinner menu includes items such as Carmen Creek Bison Tenderloin, Pacific Red Snapper, Alberta Prime Rib, Broek Farms Pork Chops, and the Rocky Mountain Mosaic, which includes Venison, Elk, and a Bacon-Wrapped Scallop. Finish off your evening with tempting selections from our dessert buffet.
