The Castle Pantry is our combination of a café + bakery + deli that offers a wide variety of delicious items for all of our unique guests. From early breakfast to a late-night snack, there is always time to sit down and relax in our seating area, or get it to go.
Café
We enjoy coffee as much as you do! Let our baristas make the perfect beverage for you. Be unique and create your own with a large selection of coffee syrups and garnishes available. Don’t be shy to try one of our monthly feature beverages created by, you guessed it, our own baristas.
Bakery
Rise and shine with one of our freshly baked pastries carefully crafted by our in-house pastry chefs. Select from our daily baked muffins, chocolate croissants, cinnamon buns, delightful scones, apple turnovers and much more.
Deli
We are an extension of our kitchens, and pride on our selection of homemade specialties. Castle Pantry offers a sumptuous selection of salads, gourmet entrees, sandwiches, and signature soups. Our sandwiches are made with great flavors, delicious breads and interesting combinations. Enjoy a roasted pear and goat cheese salad, with our prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich and let your senses be spoiled. Or perhaps try our famous seafood chowder and our pulled pork quesadilla. If you're headed out for a day of hiking, skiing or sightseeing, choose from one of the delicious and savoury items packaged to go or all ready for a quick meal at our tables. Choose from our vast selection of local beers, white and red wines, and mini liquors. There is always time to celebrate with some bubbles. Running out of time? Don’t forget to pick up a great Canadian Ice wine as a souvenir to bring home with you.
