Too tired to try one of our fine restaurants? Whatever the reason, let our chefs whip up something special for you while you relax in one of the many splendid rooms at the hotel.

Our In-Room Dining menu offers a selection of our finest cuisine for you to take pleasure in the privacy and comfort of your own room.  A sample of our all day menu consists of Bistro Salad, Dim Sum, Smoked Salmon Flat Bread, Applewood Smoked Chicken Club Sandwich, Pork Tenderloin, Baked BC Salmon, AAA Alberta New York Steak, Roasted Rack of Lamb and Thai Curry Spiced Prawns plus much more.

Other services available from In-Room Dining include Afternoon Tea, Castle Pizza, Reception Menu Packages, Packed Lunches and Picnic Baskets and Room Gifts.
Full service runs from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., while Night Hawk service is available from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. - from the Pantry, a selection of gourmet foods, sandwiches, salads, beverages and pastries.
