Our Wine Store is the perfect venue for private receptions, wine tastings and cooking demonstrations:

Receptions: Our interactive kitchen allows you to see our talented chefs in action while preparing the menu which are specifically designed for the wine store. Our receptions would not be complete without the pairing of Canadian wines.

Wine Tastings: One can enjoy informal wine tastings at our tasting bar or a formal wine tasting at our harvest table. Wine tasting selections include our Sweet Wine Tasting and the Wine & Cheese Fondue Tasting.

Cooking Demonstrations: Learn the culinary secrets from the Fairmont Banff Springs culinary team. Choose from a variety of cooking demonstrations such as: Warm Goat Cheese Souffle with Roasted Beets and Mesclun Greens or Cheese Fondue or a Fresh Salmon Tartar with Avocado.
