Reception and Dinner Information
The Fairmont Banff Springs has function rooms to accommodate a wide range of reception and dinner options. As room availability changes throughout the year, appropriate rooms will be outlined by your Sales & Service Manager in order to suit your needs. All function rooms used for *dinner events, have a minimum Food & Beverage revenue requirement, as noted below. These minimums are subject to 18% service charge + 6% GST.

*Some restriction may apply to the Cascade Ballroom / Conservatory and Alhambra Ballroom.
Room capacities will vary depending on your set-up requirements for your function.
*Should you choose to have a brunch or a lunch function, the minimum Food & Beverage Revenue requirement does not apply.
Your Function Room Includes:
- Complete set up of your wedding banquet room (tables, chairs, white table linens & white linen napkins, white china, silverware)
- Gift Table, Guest Book Table, Cake Table
- Option of a raised Head Table
- Table numbers or mountain names
- Four inch Crystal Hurricane Candles, if required
Additional Notes:
- Final guaranteed number of attendees is required 72-hours prior to your function
- The Fairmont Banff Springs will be the sole provider of all food and beverage with the exception of wedding cakes
- Menus and wine selections must be confirmed 30-days prior to the wedding day
- For brunch or lunch functions, the room must be vacated no later than 4:00 p.m.

- All Enhancements must be set up & removed by the suppliers or the Wedding Party.
