Reception and Dinner Information

The Fairmont Banff Springs has function rooms to accommodate a wide range of reception and dinner options. As room availability changes throughout the year, appropriate rooms will be outlined by your Sales & Service Manager in order to suit your needs.  All function rooms used for *dinner events, have a minimum Food & Beverage revenue requirement, as noted below. These minimums are subject to 18% service charge + 6% GST.

12 people or less  $1000.00

Angus Room 
25 people or less  $2400.00 

Oak Room 
30 people or less  $4000.00

Norquay Room 
30 people or less  $4000.00

Ivor Petrak Room 
60 people or less  $8,000.00

Mt. Stephen Hall 
110 people or less  $15,000.00

Alhambra Ballroom 
220 people or less  $24,000.00

Cascade Ballroom/Conservatory* 
220 people or less   $27,000.00 

*Some restriction may apply to the Cascade Ballroom / Conservatory and Alhambra Ballroom.

Room capacities will vary depending on your set-up requirements for your function.

*Should you choose to have a brunch or a lunch function, the minimum Food & Beverage Revenue requirement does not apply.

Your Function Room Includes:

• Complete set up of your wedding banquet room (tables, chairs, white table linens & white linen napkins, white china, silverware)         
• Gift Table, Guest Book Table, Cake Table          
• Option of a raised Head Table         
• Table numbers or mountain names        
• Four inch Crystal Hurricane Candles, if required

Additional Notes:

• Final guaranteed number of attendees is required 72-hours prior to your function         
• The Fairmont Banff Springs will be the sole provider of all food and beverage with the exception of wedding cakes         
• Menus and wine selections must be confirmed 30-days prior to the wedding day         
• For brunch or lunch functions, the room must be vacated no later than 4:00 p.m.

Set Up Enhancements:

• Colored Linen or Other Décor         
• Personalized Menus - Printed by hotel         
• Podium and Microphone   
• Ice Carvings
• All Enhancements must be set up & removed by the suppliers or the Wedding Party.
