The Fairmont Banff Springs will only host ceremonies if they are accompanied by a food and beverage function.

10 people or less  $500.00

Angus Room        
20 people or less  $750.00

Oak Room        
50 people or less  $1000.00

Norquay Room       
50 people or less  $1000.00

Ivor Petrak Room    
120 people or less $2500.00

Mt. Stephen Hall (Semi-Private)  
200 people or less $5000.00

Outdoor Terrace
(June 15-September 15) 
150 people or less $5000.00

Your Site Includes:

• Set up and removal of chairs, registration desk & chair and any special set-up requirements 
• Ceremony room rental is for 1 hour time period.   
• Two Oak Pillars - Flowers to be provided by Bride and Groom    
• Tissues, Mints, Water Station and Coat Rack    
• Red Carpet for Mt Stephen Hall and Outdoor Terrace only

Additional Notes:

• Outdoor ceremony site includes an indoor weather alternative location and is included in the rental fee.    
• Location of indoor weather alternative is subject to change based on availability    
• The decision for an indoor or outdoor decision will be made by the Sales and Service Manager on the day of the ceremony two hours prior to the ceremony time    
• Tossing of confetti, bird seed, rice, etc - will not be permitted    
• A wedding rehearsal location can be booked based on availability. The location of this will be confirmed one week in advance

Set Up Enhancements:
*Fees are established by the respective suppliers*

• Audio Visual - podium, microphone, lapel microphone, sound systems, etc.    
• Bridal Change Room    
• Chair Covers    
• Floral Arrangements, Center Pieces, Additional Décor
• All of the enhancements must be set up by the supplier or Wedding party.
