Babysitting
From March 15th to October 31st and from December 20th to January 5th, we cease to be an adults only resort as we welcome children of all ages with complimentary daily activities and entertainment. During this period, babysitting service can be arranged through the hotel with a 24-hour notice.
Bell Staff
Full bell service is available, with complimentary luggage storage.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Concierge
Concierge service is available 24 hours a day.
Gift Shops
The hotel lobby courtyard houses the following gift and beauty stores: Gatsby Boutiques (ladies & gents fashions), News Stand (sundries), Diamonds International (jewellery & watches) and Sass Beauty Salon.
Housekeeping
Daily maid service and evening turndown service are included.
Laundry Services
Laundry service is available daily. In order to guarantee next-day delivery, pick-up must be done before 9.00 am.
Parking
Self parking is available, free of charge. Bellmen are available for assistance, if needed.
Pet Policy
In order to guarantee our guests a comfortable, safe, and allergy-free environment, The Fairmont Royal Pavilion respectfully declines the presence of pets in the guest rooms, with the exception of seeing-eye dogs, which are always welcome.
Wheelchair Accessibility
The public areas are all wheelchair accessible.
A portable ramp can be placed in front of all rooms on the ground floor for wheelchair access. The bathroom door can be removed and all bathtubs have a rail to hold on to.
