Fairmont One Bedroom Suite

Fairmont One Bedroom Suites range from 620 to 660 square feet and feature a courtyard and partial water views. The room is furnished with a King bed, marble bath with deep soaking tub, and a spacious separate parlor area.

Harbor Suites

Our second-floor panoramic Harbor Suites feature ultimate seclusion and privacy. This suite features an oversized bathroom with whirlpool tub, and expansive three-sided views of Boston Harbor. Many guests say these Boston waterfront suites make them feel as though they are "floating" over Boston Harbor.

Each suite features 800 square feet of indoor living space including a master bedroom with a king bed, living room, and dining room area. Available on request, reserve a connecting bedroom to make it an extra special two bedroom suite.

Presidential Suite

Our Presidential Suites have panoramic three-sided views of Boston Harbor.  Our Boston waterfront suites located on the first floor feature one-and-a-half guest baths, a living room with French doors leading to a seasonally furnished private outdoor terrace overlooking Boston Harbor, and an additional wet bar which provides an ideal setting for intimate entertaining.

Each suite features 1,400 square feet of indoor living space including a master bedroom with a king bed, living room, hardwood flooring, dining room area, and a connecting king or Double/Double guestroom, with the option to reserve an additional connecting guestroom for an extra special three bedroom suite.
