Keep the Catch
Head out on an authentic lobster boat to learn how to bait, drop, and haul, in lobster traps. In between how-to sessions, fledgling first mates can enjoy the sights and sounds of the bustling Boston Harbor and learn more about its great history. After a day at sea, guests return to Aragosta, the hotel's restaurant, where the Chef will prepare the lobster to their liking.
Package Includes:
- A Taste of Lobsters and Some Tales Too autographed by author Ann Pieroway.
- Private 75-minute Boston Harbor lobster tour (available for up to 4 people.)
- Lobster preparation at Aragosta Bar + Bistro.
- Accompaniments for two including clam chowder, fresh corn on the cob, and watermelon .
Note: All caught lobsters must be measured with a special guage to make sure they are "keepers." All lobsters measuring less than the minimum legal carapace length or larger than the maximum legal carapace length must be immediately returned to the water from which taken. The hotel nor the Lobster Tour guarantee lobsters found will be regulation size.
In the event that lobsters caught do not meet legal requirements, lobsters will be provided by Aragosta Bar + Bistro for an additional $20 per lobster.
