Fairmont Battery Wharf uses the services of Parents in a Pinch, a well renowned babysitting company in Boston. Parents in a Pinch will provide your family with childcare support during the day, for those special evenings away, weekends and holidays. Babysitting services are offered for a minimum of four hours. Please contact the Hotel Concierge for assistance or 617-739-KIDS.
Bellmen are located at the main entrance of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

We are proud to provide our guests with a private Water Taxi stand with year-round passenger water transportation service throughout Boston Harbor waterfront and to Logan International Airport. Rowes Wharf Water Transport boats are covered, comfortable, heated, and fully upholstered. The cost is $10 per person one-way and $17 per person round-trip. Credit cards or cash are accepted on board, and reduced rates are available for purchases of ten or more tickets.

Fairmont Battery Wharf to Logan International Airport: Allow 10 minutes for pick-up and 15-25 minutes for water and land transport to your terminal. Water transport will pick up at Fairmont Battery Wharf Taxi Stand and drop you at the free bus shuttle, which will take you directly to your terminal.
Logan International Airport to Fairmont Battery Wharf: Board the free Massport #66 bus (Water Transportation Bus) to the water taxi stand where you will board the Rowes Wharf Water Transport for Fairmont Battery Wharf.
Safe deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra charge.
There are rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.
