Airport VIP Pick-Up Service

Fairmont Beijing hotel provides a greeting service for guests flying in from International destinations. Our airport personnel will meet you at the airport lounge bridge, escort you through customs procedures, assist with luggage pickup and lead you to a waiting limousine.

Babysitting

The Fairmont Beijing offers babysitting services. Advance reservations are recommended. For further details and pricing please contact Rooms Department.

Bell Staff

Bellmen are located in the lobby by the main entrance to the hotel. They are available 24-hours a day. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage, which is available for up to three months at no cost.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is after 3:00 p.m., local time, on the day of arrival, and check-out is before 12:00 p.m.

Concierge

The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby. They will happily assist you with dinner reservations, city tours, arranging day trips, as well as providing directions to major attractions and events.   They can also provide translated directions to and from the hotel.

Currency Exchange

The Front Desk can exchange most major currencies (including but not limited to the U.S., Canadian and Australian Dollar and the Euro).   Travelers’ cheques can also be cashed.

The hotel has 3 guest elevators.

Housekeeping

The Fairmont Beijing offers daily housekeeping services and evening turndown service.   Providing extra amenities such as humidifiers, cribs and cots at no extra cost if needed. Advanced reservations are recommended.

Serve Time: 6:30 AM-11:00 PM

Rates can be found accompanying the dry cleaning bags in each guest room.

Pet Policy

According to China Tourism Bureau rules and regulations, Pets are not permitted within the hotel.
