The Cut, our award-winning steak restaurant offers the finest slices of Wagyu beef and contemporary western food. Diners can choose from the finest organic steak and seafood products to fire up on the grill or try Chef Andreas’ innovative modern epicurean dishes, all which can be viewed from the chic open kitchen. Both restaurants have won multiple awards recognized by voters from Beijing’s expatriate population and local magazines.

Chef Andreas has prepared for you a sample platter of three kinds of beef from our current menu. Combined on one plate you get to taste total 10oz of three of the finest beef available in the market:
- Wagyu Red Label MS 5+ Rib Eye Steak
- Australian Stockyard 250 days grain fed black Angus beef NY Strip Loin Steak
- Canadian Spring Creek Filet Mignon
The VIP Gold Steak - CNY1388
In cooperation with Cabassi & Rea, one of the best and most reliable Wagyu beef farmers in Australia, the CUT offers you the 200gr Filet Mignon 9+ marbled Wagyu beef. A steak that is of such high quality and so delicate, that the only suitable side dish would actually be pure gold.

The CUT is open for dinner. From Monday to Sunday, 6pm to 11 pm (last order 10.30pm)
