The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the best possible comfort to all our guests. They also provide extra amenities such as humidifiers, cribs and cots at no extra cost. All requests for lost and found items are handled by the Housekeeping Department.
In order to guarantee same-day dry-cleaning and laundry services, items must be received by 9:00 a.m. Overnight shoe shine is also available.
The hotel offers valet parking with unlimited access at a cost $21 USD/night. Alternative covered and open parking lots and garages are also available in the surrounding area.
Pets under 20 pounds are permitted in the hotel. The animal must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. If left unattended, you must place your dnd sign on the outside of the door. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
Safety deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra charge, as well as a personal safe is located in the guestroom.
There are 22 rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms feature lowered peepholes, lowered closer rods, grab bars in the bathroom and lowered shower controls. Some would also have roll-in showers and benches over the bathtubs.
