The Fairmont hotel suites are spacious and elegant. Warm, inviting decor is accented by bold finishes.

The bedroom features one King bed with a luxurious pillow top Simmons/Empyrium mattress dressed in a French wrapped duvet and chenille throw. Amenities include a flat screen HDTV, iHome iPod docking station, fully stocked refreshment center featuring healthy, organic options, walk-in closet with safe, granite topped working desk with upgraded technology amenities including high-speed Internet access, and a dual-line speakerphone with caller ID, voicemail, and data-port.

The luxurious marble bathroom offers deluxe products, plush bathrobes and oversized ultra-fluffy towels.

The parlor closes off from the bedroom and has a marble topped dining table and chair set for four people, a Queen sized Sofabed, leather armchairs, television and fully stocked refreshment center.

These suites at The Fairmont Dallas hotel are able to accommodate 10-15 guests for hospitality purposes.

Arts District Suite

Drawing inspiration from the local arts community, the Arts District Suite at The Fairmont Dallas offers a one-of-a-kind artistic sensory experience. The unique décor of the suite pairs modern elegance with rare vintage treasures, including a 1930s-era sofa and repurposed red oak hardwood floors. The suite features magnificent custom pieces of artwork from each artist who has previously participated in The Fairmont Dallas’ Artist-in-Residence program, through which breakthrough local artists are selected to reside in the hotel and work onsite for a three-month period. Guests are invited to peruse a special commemorative book detailing the history of the suite’s featured artists, artwork and furniture. Explore the surrounding Dallas Arts District or reserve our Arts Immersion Package for a truly memorable arts experience.  The Arts District Suite also includes access to The Fairmont Gold Lounge as well as breakfast in the Lounge.
