DINING IN THE GARDEN AT PYRAMID RESTAURANT & BAR
Dallas Thursday, September 16, 2010
Fresh market dining is the norm at Pyramid Restaurant & Bar where Executive Chef André Natera’s menu is full of dishes with locally-sourced ingredients – everything from cheese to bread to the honey, which is harvested in the garden on the terrace of The Fairmont Dallas. Now, fresh is taken to a new level with the introduction of Pyramid’s Dining in the Garden, which places guests in a quadrant in the 3,000 square foot garden that sits atop the downtown hotel. Nestled amongst the green foliage, guests will experience a feast of the senses, with rich scents of rosemary, tarragon and basil filling the air, a backdrop of some of the city's most prominent buildings, telling a story of power and strength often associated with downtown Dallas and a special tasting menu rich with the savory tastes of Chef Natera’s fare.
This immersed dining experience includes a seven-course garden-inspired menu complimented with wine pairings by sommelier Hunter Hammett and a dedicated server to attend to all dining needs. Pricing for this exclusive experience is $95 per person (plus tax and gratuity), with special wine pairings available for an additional $40 per person. There is a $100 private dining provision for parties of two or $150 for parties of up to four. The tasting menu is also available in Pyramid Restaurant for guests that prefer dining inside.
Reservations are based upon availability and weather permitting, must be made 48-hours in advance with a $50 non-refundable deposit and are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. All requests will be responded to promptly.
