NEW FALL MENU DEBUTED AT THE PYRAMID RESTAURANT & BAR

The Pyramid Restaurant & Bar at The Fairmont Dallas is pleased to announce a new seasonal dinner menu, which will officially debut on Saturday, September 22nd. Beginning in the fall season, a six-course pre-fixe tasting menu will be available to guests, offered nightly for $95 per person. Housemade sodas will also be offered on the new fall menu to complement guests’ dining experience.
The Pyramid Restaurant & Bar’s award-winning Modern Regional Cuisine draws from authentically local flavor profiles, utilizing high-quality seasonal herbs and vegetables from The Fairmont Dallas’ 3,000 square-foot rooftop garden. For the fall season, The Pyramid Restaurant’s ingredient-driven cuisine will exude the subtle influence of traditional French flavors, including a decadent array of meats, fish, poultry and pastas. New culinary offerings include sumptuous dishes such as Oxtail Ravioli, Lobster Dumplings, Hamachi Crudo, Beef Short Rib, Duck Two Ways and Herb Printed Pappardelle.
Housemade sodas created with pureed fresh fruit will be offered in four flavors, including Blackberry Yuzu; Mint Lemonade; Rosemary Cucumber; and Lemongrass Ginger Ale. Pyramid Sodas will be available for $5 each.
For guests in search of a truly memorable dining experience, The Pyramid Restaurant & Bar will offer a pre-fixe tasting menu prepared by the restaurant’s dedicated culinary team. Perfect for foodies and guests with a culinary passion, the six-course tasting menu will include Buratta; Lobster Dumplings; Hamachi Crudo; Herb Printed Pappardelle; Beef Short Rib; Chocolate Espresso Torte.
