NEW SUMMER MENU AT THE PYRAMID RESTAURANT

The Pyramid Restaurant & Bar is pleased to announce a new summer dinner menu from Executive Chef André Natera, which will be available beginning June 20th. In keeping with The Pyramid Restaurant & Bar’s commitment to providing fine dining made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, many dishes utilize herbs and vegetables from The Fairmont Dallas’ 3,000 square-foot rooftop garden.
Modernist techniques influence the elevated new menu, which features high-quality seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes from The Pyramid Restaurant & Bar’s past dinner menus have been reintroduced and reinterpreted, including the beloved Watermelon Salad, which now features compressed watermelon, and the Heirloom Tomato Salad, which now has a different visual and textural presentation. Simple yet sophisticated dishes are featured on the new farm-to-table inspired menu, including Corn Ravioli, Beet and Peach Salad, Crab & Avocado Soup, Beef Short Rib, Gnocchi and Crab Risotto.
“We wanted to work with ingredients that were light and refreshing,” said Executive Chef André Natera. “We experimented with the element of contrast in developing the flavor profiles, textures and visual aspects of the new summer menu.”
