Pyramid Restaurant &Bar

AAA / Four Diamond Pyramid Restaurant & Bar in the heart of downtown Dallas exudes passion for fresh market fine dining and exceptional four-star cuisine prepared with high quality ingredients. Herbs and vegetables from The Fairmont Dallas’ 3,000 sq. foot rooftop garden are utilized on the menu, which changes seasonally, and many dishes include honey from two rooftop beehives. Lifestyle Cuisine Plus menus are available for guests with diet-dependent conditions such as diabetes and heart disease, as well as dietary preferences including macrobiotic and vegan diets.

Hours of Operation:

Pyramid Bar

Pyramid features a wonderful selection of wines, beer and signature cocktails. Single malt scotches, bourbons and cognacs and favorite aperitifs are also available. Our wine offerings, available by the glass or by the bottle, are carefully selected by our award-winning sommelier.If you have a specific request, please feel free to ask.

The hotel's 73,000 square feet of flexible meeting space can accommodate between 20 and 2000 guests, making it ideal for everything from small, intimate meetings to elaborate functions. Meeting rooms at the hotel include the International Ballroom, a classically decorated, versatile room for a large meeting, or the legendary Venetian Room, a sophisticated smaller venue exuding character. 70 percent of the individually-designed event rooms is flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows.

From Dallas/Fort Worth Airport:

• Take the north or south exit from the airport and follow the signs to Dallas.
• The north exit is Hwy 114 to I-35E south.
• The south exit is 183 to I-35E south. Exit to 75/Sherman.
• The first exit is Field/Griffin exit, merge onto Griffin.
• Continue straight to the first light, which is Ross and turn left.
• Go 2 blocks to Akard and turn left.
• The hotel is on the left.
