    • Move to right hand lane, follow 'Trade Center sign.
    • Proceed onto roundabout in center lane.

    • Take first right exit (do not go back onto highway).

    • Proceed straight and keep following the Airplane symbol.
    • Proceed over the Al Garhoud Bridge.
    • Take the first exit off the bridge (number 58).
    • Follow 'Al Garhoud' sign.
    • Turn right at Airport symbol 'Al Khawaneej' sign.
    • Follow Terminal 1 sign.
    • Follow signs to Arrivals or Departures.
    • Out of hotel driveway turn right at first corner.
    • Proceed straight and turn right at first corner.
    • Proceed straight, stay in the right hand lane.
    • Through the signal light and onto the roundabout.
    • Take the 'Airport' exit off the roundabout.
    • Proceed straight and follow the 'Al Maktoum Bridge' sign.

Great vibes

Apart from being perfectly located for a tourist and a perfect view from almost every side the real highlight is their staff . The warmth service with smile looks unmatchable . Rooms were clean and maintained well every day throughout the stay . Well thought through timings for the breakfast at cascades .

Good location but maintenance needs improvement

Hotel is centrally located but the bldg is old Toom was not cold. Lowest temperature is 20c which i didnt like Elevators delays Sofa in living area was not clean. I got allergic reaction and my body started etching me. Cleaning issue for sure

Perfect Stay

We were 4 adults and my 4-years old daughter stayed there for 5 nights. We booked a grand suite and it was perfect. A huge space, two bedrooms, a dining room, a TV room and 3 services. Very well decorated, modern staff, well location (close to the metro station and the Future museum), very kind and friendly staff (especially Ms. Shrok in reception). No complaints just more than 20 min delay to bring our suitcases to our suite. I am going to write a positive comment on social media and websites.

Nice hotel

The hotel is newly renovated, located just next to the metro, has a fully equipped gym and spa. However - the hotel is very obviously mismanagemed and does not come close to any 5-star standard. They skimp on the AC. The room, the gym and the lobby were all very hot and unpleasant to be in. Due to the heat and humidity, it's not unusual to find flies 🪰 everywhere, food included (see picture attached). There's a serious issue with the elevators and it takes up to 15 minutes to wait for one.

Well stay except the breakfast policy

I stay in fairmont two bedrooms suite 1704 for 3 days from 3.31 to 4.3. The check in experience on 3.31 was good, the Asian black hair lady asked me if I wanted a to add breakfast cuz the price will be different at the front desk vs restaurant, I said I’m not sure i can have the breakfast but let’s include 3 day breakfast for now. It turns out because of my work, I only had time to use 1 breakfast on 4.3. So when I checked out on 4.3, a blonde hair lady facilitated me, I asked if I can refund 2 days breakfast, understand fairmont has some policy but that’s also a reasonable ask. The blonde lady rejected me and not even bother to ask manager or compensate me the other way. I’m very disappointed that fairmont follows cold policy instead listen to the customer’s needs.

Fairly good all around

Apart from one or two observations overall my experience this time was better than last time. The temperature controls were confusing in the room. So consequently was a bit cold which I could not control during my stay. The shower extension was leaking in all directions which was unfixable. The carpet under the bed looked old and not too clean. My view was not very good in 2104. The Toilet seat creaked a lot when you say down or made any movements. The lighting during breakfast was dark and felt like having breakfast at dinner time. Not enough waiting staff at breakfast. Bakery items were very average during breakfast. The waiting area of the lobby needs an upgrade. The lifts are too slow. Room service slow to deliver and forgetting special instructions. Cold mezzo platter not up to scratch. Portions were ok. Otherwise good 😊. Staff throughout the property were helpful, efficient and friendly.

Excellent Stay

Experience was superb! We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival at 12:30am. The room was fantastic, clean and had a very good amount of space. Water was provided everyday, and I mean provided. We were given 8 bottles of water everyday. Staff was all pleasant and shout out to Gerald who even requested a Tesla taxi upon the request of my son. Now that's going the extra mile.
