JANUARY & FEBRUARY SENIORS' SPECIAL

		The Bengal Affair
		Thursday nights made better with The Bengal Affair. Where the young sophisticated sounds of DJ Hennessy meet stately ambiance to create a cosmopolitan atmosphere that electrifies this iconic building. Doors open 9pm to late, and dress to impress as Jordana Dickson Photography will be on hand to capture the images of the evening. Build a school with us! In lieu of cover, guests may provide a donation to a select charity. February 16, 2012 and March 15, 2012.

		Valentine's Day
		Whether enjoying a five course decadent dinner with your special someone in the magnificent Empress Room for CAD$125 with live entertainment or your love for our sumptuous Death by Chocolate Buffet in The Bengal Lounge, lovers rejoice in this castle on the Inner Harbour. Death by Chocolate Buffet is CAD $25 per person, ladies pay 50% off for one night only. Join us for Lover's Breakfast in the Empress Room offering locally inspired breakfast cuisine or indulge in Lover's Tea in the Afternoon Tea Lobby featuring lover's inspired creations.

		Empress-ive Brunch
		Back by special request, our famous brunch is back at The Fairmont Empress. Your Empress-ive brunch experience starts with a deluxe cold buffet including a fresh local seafood platter, regional and seasonal delights and a decadent dessert buffet. Priced at CAD $55 per person unless otherwise stated, and 1/2 price for children aged 6-12. Children under 6 are complimentary. UPCOMING BRUNCH DATES 2012: Sweetheart Brunch February 12, March 18; April 8; May 13; and June 17.

		Pastry Apprentice for Children
		Join award winning Pastry Chef D'Oyen Christie for a personalized lesson in baking in the hotel's very own Pastry Shop. Aprons and Chef's hats provided, and home baked goodies and baking certificate to take home. Perfect for children under aged 16. 90 minutes and priced at CAD $100 per child. 2012 DATES: March 18.

		Pastry Apprentice for Adults
		The fun is not just reserved for children. Adults can join Executive Pastry Chef D'Oyen Christie for the same level of engagement in the pastry shop and enjoy all the treats of the children's apprentice. 90 minutes and priced at CAD $120 for person. 2012 DATES: February 26, April 15, and June 17.

		Sparkling Sunday in the Bengal Lounge
		Starting February 26, 2012, the Bengal Lounge will play host to a score of local talent every Sunday. For our inaugural Sunday, luxuriate in the award-winning sounds of Victoria's own Geiorgia Murray as featured on Cover Me Canada as you sip a glass of sparkling wine.

		Special Celiac Pastry Apprentice
		Join us for a special pastry apprentice Celiac styled for adults. Learn some great recipes for those with gluten sensitivies. 90 minutes and priced at CAD $120 per person. DATES 2012: May 20.
