Bellmen are located at the Entry Pavilion and in the Reception Lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist with porterage, luggage storage and will assist with the transporting of luggage from the bus depot.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
A professional team of dedicated Concierge are available in the Business Center in the Upper Reception Lobby from May to September and during other periods of peak demand. They would be pleased to assist you with arranging dinner reservations, theater tickets and providing directions to major attractions. Guest Agents in the Front Office are available year-round to assist with these services, should the Concierge desk be closed.
Personalized Concierge services are available year-round to guests staying on the Fairmont Gold floor.
The Housekeeping staff is pleased to provide cribs and rollaways when needed. They also handle all requests for lost and found items. Twice daily turndown service is available upon request.
Same-day dry cleaning and laundry services are available seven days a week. Laundry bags and price lists are located in the guestroom closet. In order to guarantee same-day delivery, items must be ready by 9:00 a.m. The delivery will be done at 6:00 p.m.
The hotel's parking facility is owned by Robbins Parking and is located below the Victoria Conference Center and The Fairmont Empress. Overnight parking is in effect until 4:00 p.m. the next day.

We are delighted to welcome dogs at The Fairmont Empress. The charge is $25 per night plus tax for pets up to 25 lbs and an additional one time surcharge of $25 plus tax for pets over 25 lbs. Our fee includes the use of the
Pet Amenities such as bed basket, dishes, bottled water, treats and pet waste disposal bags. We do require that pets not be left alone in the guest room and are lead on a leash or carried through public areas of the hotel. All room categories are available to pets with the exception of our Fairmont Gold rooms.
Small dogs under 25 pounds are welcome at a fee of $25 CAD per night (excluding Fairmont Gold). The animal must be on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended in the guest room or public areas. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
Safety Deposit Boxes are available at the Front Desk. In-room safes are available to guests staying on the Fairmont Gold Floor.
The hotel has eight handicapped accessible rooms (Fairmont Deluxe and Fairmont Gold rooms) with doors wide enough for wheelchair access. These bathrooms have grab bars and adjustable shower heads. Wheelchairs are available for the guest's use inside the hotel.
The hotel also has rooms for the hearing impaired with portable closed converters for the television and alert strobe lights over the doorways.
