Members are upgraded from the room category purchased to the next available room category. Applicable from Fairmont room category and above.

Room upgrade certificates will not be accepted at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler during the dates listed.

Room upgrade certificates will not be accepted at The Fairmont Turnberry Isle & Resort Club during the dates listed.

Room upgrade certificates will not be accepted at The Fairmont Washington, D.C from January 15 - 20, 2009.

Suite Upgrade Certificate

Members are upgraded from the Fairmont room category purchased to an available suite category. Applicable from Fairmont room category and above.  

Suite upgrade certificates will not be accepted at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler during the dates listed.

Suite upgrade certificates will not be accepted at The Fairmont Turnberry Isle & Resort Club during the dates listed.

Suite upgrade certificates will not be accepted at The Fairmont Washington, D.C from January 15 - 20, 2009.

The Plaza will accept 3rd Night Complimentary certificates based on availability at the sole discretion of the hotel.

Platinum Complimentary Night Certificate

The Plaza will accept Complimentary Night certificates based on availability at the sole discretion of the hotel.

  • Certificate is not applicable for:
    • Villas at The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui.
    • Signature Cabins at The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge
    • Kenauk at Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello

Certificate cannot be redeemed at the following restaurants:

Certificate Terms & Conditions

  • Certificates cannot be redeemed without advance notice to Fairmont President's Club Concierge at time of reservation.  Room Upgrade, Suite Upgrade, and Complimentary Night certificates must be presented at Front Desk at time of check-in. Dining certificates must be presented to server upon being seated at participating Food and Beverage Restaurants.
  • All certificates are non-transferable. 
  • Certificates are non-refundable if lost, stolen or destroyed.  Awards have no cash surrender value.
  • Certificates issued to members are not exchangeable for alternate Fairmont President's Club certificates.
  • Certificates will be void if listed or advertised for sale or auction on the Internet, in newspapers, magazines or other similar means.  Fairmont reserves the right not to honor any certificates it believes have been resold, transferred or conveyed contrary to this provision
