Please note Le Champlain Restaurant will be temporarily closed for renovations from June 25th, 2013 until December 1st 2013. Full dining facilities are available during this time in Le Café de la Terrasse restaurant, located on the Lower Level of the Hotel. Additionally, our St-Laurent Bar & Lounge will continue to operate during this time.
Hours of Operation
- Dinner: Wednesday & Thursday 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m; Friday & Saturday 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Sunday Brunch: Two seatings (10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.) Adults: $47.50, Children 12 and under: $23.75. Taxes & service not included.
Dress Code
Smart casual. For dinner only - bermuda shorts, capris and sandals are not permitted for men.

Our menu offers À la Carte, guéridon service, Table d'Hôte and Menu Découverte (Discovery Menu) with main courses averaging from $35 to $49 CAD.
