Health Club and Massage Services
The Club Frontenac is a first-class Health Club which features an indoor swimming pool (49.2 ft long), indoor whirlpool, indoor kid's wading pool, steam rooms and a fully equipped exercise room with exercise bicycles, keiser® air-powered exercise machines, stairclimbers, treadmills, cross-trainer and weights. We are pleased to provide this facility on a complimentary basis to all hotel guests.
Hours of Operation:
6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. - Sunday to Thursday
6:00 a..m. to 10:00 p.m. - Everyday from June to September 18, Fridays and Saturdays for the remainder of the year*

The Massage Therapy Salon is located on the 6th floor of the Claude-Pratte Wing, in the health club.
Partial Body Massage:
- $45 for 20 minutes
- $55 for 30 minutes
- $75 for 45 minutes
Complete Body Massage:
- $95 for 60 minutes
- $115 for 75 minutes
- $135 for 90 minutes
- $185 for 120 minutes

Body Treatments
- Scalp, shoulders, neck and facial massage
- Body Scrub and hydrating emulsion
- Body Wrap with violet clay
- Leg circulation enhancement

Membership:
Only registered hotel guests and membership holders can access the health club. Memberships can be obtained by calling the hotel directly.
Full Access:
$750 CAD yearly, (pool and health club), taxes not included.
Restricted Access:
$650 CAD yearly, (pool and health club during off peak hours only), taxes not included.
Pool Only:
$500 CAD yearly, taxes not included.
