Cable Cars
Fairmont Heritage Place Ghirardelli Square is two blocks away from the Hyde-Powell Cable Car Line. The Powell-Hyde line also begins at the Powell Market turntable and runs over Nob and Russian hills before ending at Aquatic Park near Ghirardelli Square.

Golden Gate Bridge

Golden Gate Park

Monster Park
Home of the San Francisco 49ers, Monster Park is located 10 miles from the hotel. The San Francisco 49ers season extends from September through December, not including the playoffs. 

Walking Tours
Walking Tours are offered throughout the city. You may visit San Francisco's 'Painted Ladies' to learn the history of these Victorian Homes, or do the same on Nob Hill, Chinatown or Fisherman's Wharf. A walking tour is great way to experience the most famous sights to see in San Francisco. 

Alcatraz Island

Located two miles from Fairmont Heritage Place.  The Ferry Building Marketplace is a people's marketplace serving residents and travelers alike. Chinatown
Located within a mile and a half of Fairmont Heritage Place Ghirardelli Square, Chinatown is home to the largest Chinese community outside of China. This area is filled with exotic shops, restaurants, produce markets, herbalists and temples in its 24 square blocks of teeming activity in the midst of downtown. 

Fisherman's Wharf
The most popular tourist destination in the City, Fisherman's Wharf is still a working fishing pier, bringing in thousands of tons of fresh fish and crabs annually. AT&T Park
Visit the home of the San Francisco Giants. Located less than two miles from the hotel, AT&T Park is a fabulous venue to watch the Grand Ol' Game. The Giants season extends from April through September, not including the playoffs and World Series. 


Napa and Sonoma Valleys
