Located on the bottom level of the hotel, Bar Indochine is integrated into Doc Cheng's Restaurant. The decor recalls Shanghai from the 1920s with black and white photographs, wood wainscotting, and comfortable wicker chairs. The bar serves exotic cocktails, spiced up with ginger, curry, and lemongrass and fancy cocktails with Asian liquor. The popular Doc Cheng’s Lemon consists of lime, Cointreau, and passion fruit juice, while the bar’s Singapore Sling is reputed to be the best in Hamburg.
