Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is perfectly situated in the city centre of Hamburg. The fashionable Hamburg shopping arcades, the State Opera House and the Congress Centre are all within walking distance.

The hotel is 20 minutes by taxi (approximately €20) or limousine (€130) from Fuhlsbüttel Airport and five minutes from the main train station. The nearest underground station is a two-minute walk away.

Since it is a very pedestrian friendly city, that can be done on foot or one can elect to tour around in the double-decker tour buses. Alternatively, Hamburg’s extensive network of canals and large harbor makes a tour by boat a very special experience.

Other highlights include the colorful activity in the St. Pauli Entertainment District, the extensive array of musicals – current runs include The Lion King, Mamma Mia and Dirty Dancing - a stop at the impressive Michaelis Church (colloquially "der Michel") or the wide array of shopping and dining options.
